Masseria Alchimia is a design-led boutique masseria in Puglia, blending historic charm with contemporary aesthetics and attentive Swiss management. Surrounded by ancient olive groves near the Adriatic Sea, it offers an intimate yet versatile setting for civil and symbolic weddings. Celebrations flow seamlessly from a sea-view olive grove ceremony to aperitif on the panoramic terrace, dinner in the Apulian piazza, and late-night dancing in the iconic underground grotto with no curfew. The Alchimia Wedding Package includes exclusive venue use, gardens, on-site accommodation, and a sea-view Moroccan-style marquee.

The Alchimia Wedding Package allows a seamless flow between multiple ceremony and reception areas: a shaded olive grove garden with sea view as a unique ceremony setting, or alternatively a circular olive tree area within our lama; a panoramic terrace for the buffet-style antipasti moment; an Apulian piazza surrounded by ancient olive trees for dinner and the first dance; and our iconic underground grotto (a former olive mill) for late-night celebrations with no curfew.

Included in the Alchimia Wedding Package are two rain solutions, both suitable for seated dining for up to 100 guests: our sea-view Moroccan-style marquee and, alternatively, the atmospheric cave. For larger guest lists, a bigger tent would need to be arranged as a rain plan, with the related additional costs at the couple’s expense.
